Dan has over 35 years of experience in successfully developing healthcare related programs focused on Senior Services, Managed Medicare, Women’s Health, Corporate Health and Work / Family issues. He has developed programs for healthcare providers, corporations, insurance companies, as well as pharmaceutical companies. Dan cofounded Private Health News, an e-Health communication company, in 2003 providing e-marketing services on over 400 healthcare organizations throughout the U.S.. Most recently he cofounded Active Daily Living, a population health platform focused on identifying, tracking and managing functional limitations and environmental hazards of at-risk seniors. Dan is a frequent speaker at national conferences, has published articles on topics including: Managed Medicare, Member Acquisition and Retention and Work/Life programs. He has a master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the Ohio State University and a master’s degree in Health Care Services Administration from Xavier University.

Chad has over 15 years of diverse IT experience including product development, innovation, architecture, design and analytics. He has successfully led companies in a variety of industries such as insurance, eCommerce, IT consulting and Healthcare. As a cofounder of Active Daily Living, Chad brings a unique perspective to the table by blending advanced technical expertise with an understanding of business operations and healthcare. Before joining Active Daily Living, he was Chief Technology Officer at Private Health News where he led the technical operations, Chad also served as Director of Technology Solutions for an international healthcare company and Vice President of Technical Services for a leading niche eCommerce vendor. He has a bachelor's degree in Engineering from The Ohio State University.

BJ has been a practicing Occupational Therapist for over 40 years. Her work experience has been intergenerational having worked with children and young adults as well as adults and seniors focused on product development, innovation, architecture, design and analytics. During her career she has targeted her expertise in geriatric rehabilitation, older adult driver screening, pain management, balance disorders, arthritis care, and ergonomics. She has worked in hospital inpatient and outpatient settings as well as in skilled nursing facilities, home health, and day care settings. In addition to being an Occupational Therapist, BJ’s belief in wellness and self-care has led her to pursuing certification as a land and aquatics personal trainer as well as a chair yoga instructor and laughter yoga leader. She received her BS degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Science Degree in Health Sciences from Case Western Reserve University.
